Oral Film Packaging Development
Protect the film, define the unit pack and create a brand presentation that fits the actual supply chain.
Individual sachets, defined protection
A typical project may use an individual aluminum-based protective sachet with a release liner and an outer carton. Barrier requirements, sealing performance and material suitability should be assessed for the actual formula. Package protection is a technical decision as well as a visual one.
Packaging decisions
| Primary pack | Sachet dimensions, barrier structure, opening and sealing criteria |
|---|---|
| Product handling | Release liner, film presentation and pack insertion |
| Retail presentation | Count per carton, print finish and artwork |
| Label review | Product identity, ingredients, warnings, intended market and business information |
| Logistics | Carton packing, traceability, storage conditions and shipping exposure |
Artwork and prototype approval
Packaging design follows the approved sample and market review. Confirm the physical prototype, artwork content and print specification before production. Claims, certification emblems and dosage instructions are included only when supported for that formula and market.
